While Elon Musk deals with changing Twitter’s name to X, Mark Zuckerberg gets to work on the jiu-jitsu mat ahead of a potential megafight against his billionaire social media rival.
The 39-year-old Meta boss posted images to his own Instagram platform over the weekend showing off his new blue jiu-jitsu belt, as his colleagues handed him a certificate.
Zuck is in excellent shape and regularly shares training footage of his mixed martial arts training, leading many to criticize Musk that he won’t stand a chance when the pair finally get together to fight.
Writing on Instagram, Zuckerberg first praised his jiu-jitsu coach for becoming a black belt, before tackling his own promotion.
“Congrats @davecamarillo on your fifth degree black belt,” he said. You are a great trainer and I have learned a lot about fighting and life training with you. I am also honored to have been promoted to compete as a blue belt for the @guerrillajjsanjose team.’

Meanwhile, Elon Musk has been busy changing Twitter’s name to X, and removing the bird logo.
Musk, meanwhile, once again stirred controversy by ditching Twitter’s bluebird overnight and renaming the social networking site X.
It sent staff a nightly email announcing the changes, first replacing its own Twitter icon with a white X on a black background and posting an image Monday of the projected design at Twitter’s San Francisco headquarters.
The X began appearing at the top of the desktop version of Twitter on Monday, but the bird continued to dominate the phone app.
Musk had asked fans for logo ideas and chose one, which he described as minimalist Art Deco, saying it “will certainly be refined.”
“And soon we will be saying goodbye to the Twitter brand and gradually to all the birds,” Musk tweeted on Sunday.
It’s still unclear if Musk and Zuckerberg will make good on their promise to fight in the ring, and speculation has died down in recent weeks.

In a side-by-side comparison, Musk has a size advantage, but he’s 11 years older than Zuckerberg.

However, Zuckerberg has been training with several UFC superstars as he continues to hone his talents ahead of the potential fight.
Zuckerberg recently trained with UFC featherweight champion Alex Volkanovski, and the Australian was impressed with the Meta founder’s skill.
“I guarantee you would be very surprised,” he said. TMZ.
I tell you he’s serious. I don’t know how serious Elon is, but I’m telling you, he’s training!
UFC president Dana White, who hopes to promote a fight between Musk and Zuckerberg, said he would charge up to $100 instead of the standard $80 UFC PPV price.
“It would break all pay-per-view records,” White told TMZ.

Zuckerberg (seen competing in Brazilian jiu-jitsu) and Volkanovski are said to be close friends.
‘These guys would raise, you know, hundreds of millions of dollars for charity and, you know, you don’t have to be a huge fight fan to be interested in this fight. Everyone would want to see it.
Conor McGregor would also be intrigued by the fight.
In a clip obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com from reporter Adam Glyn, the 35-year-old was asked about the possible fight.
“I’m interested,” McGregor said. ‘Are you going to go through with it? Are they going to make it happen?
