Marilyn Manson will not be charged in a series of domestic violence and sexual assault cases.

Manson, 56, real name Brian Hugh Warner, was accused by a dozen women of sexual abuse, rape and torture and has vehemently denied all allegations.

Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hochman announced Friday that his office will not file charges against Manson following a four-year investigation.

He said: ‘We have determined that allegations of domestic violence fall outside the statute of limitations and we cannot prove charges of sexual assault beyond a reasonable doubt.

‘We recognize and applaud the courage and resilience of the women who came forward to report and share their experiences, and we thank them for their cooperation and patience with the investigation.

“While we cannot press charges in this matter, we recognize that the strong advocacy of the women involved has helped raise greater awareness about the challenges faced by survivors of domestic abuse and sexual assault.”

Bianco alleged in her lawsuit filed in April 2021 that Manson frequently verbally abused her, deprived her of sleep and food, sprung, cut, and electrocuted her without her consent; and raped her during their two years together.
