Bianco “to this day deals with complex post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression and panic attacks as a result” of her interactions with Manson, her legal team said.

In the suit, Bianco said Manson had promised her a part in the video for his song, I Want to Kill You Like They Do in the Movies, but hadn’t booked her a hotel because she would be staying at his home. She said no crew was there because he wanted to record the clip with his phone.

Bianco’s lawyers said in court documents that “Mrs. It took Bianco years to understand the extent of Mr Warner’s physical, sexual, psychological and emotional abuse” and that “her career suffered as her mental health deteriorated.

“As a result, to this day she has to deal with complex post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression and panic attacks.”

Howard E. King, a lawyer for the musician, said in a statement after the initial lawsuit was filed that “these claims are demonstrably false.

“To be clear, this lawsuit was filed only after my client refused to be shaken by Ms. Bianco and her attorney and to give in to their excessive financial demands based on behavior that simply never happened. We will vigorously challenge these allegations in court and we are confident that we will prevail.”

In a statement, Bianco said she publicly identified herself in the assault charge in hopes of instilling confidence in others in similar situations.

Manson has also faced allegations of sexual abuse by Evan Rachel Wood and others this year.
