Marilyn Manson has broken his silence after it was announced he will not be charged in a series of domestic violence and sexual assault cases.
Manson, 56, real name Brian Hugh Warner was accused of sexual abuse, rape and torture by a dozen women and has vehemently denied all allegations.
Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hochman announced Friday that his office will not file charges against Manson after a four-year investigation.
Howard King, Brian Warner’s lawyer, told DailyMail.com exclusively in a statement: ‘We are very pleased that, after a thorough and incredibly lengthy review of all the factual evidence, the district attorney has concluded what we have been saying from the outset knew and said. – Brian Warner is innocent.’
Hochman said in a press release announcing Manson’s acquittal: “We have determined that allegations of domestic violence fall outside the statute of limitations and we cannot prove the allegations of sexual assault beyond a reasonable doubt.”
‘We recognize and applaud the courage and resilience of the women who have come forward to report and share their experiences, and we thank them for their cooperation and patience with the investigation.

“While we cannot bring charges in this case, we recognize that the strong advocacy of the women involved has helped raise awareness of the challenges faced by survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.”
Manson settled lawsuits from two women, including Game of Thrones actress Esme Bianco, in 2023.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department investigated Manson for 19 months before turning over the evidence to prosecutors in 2022.
His ex-girlfriend, actress Evan Rachel Wood, also accused him of sex crimes, but never filed a lawsuit.
In a denial of her initial claim, Manson said: ‘Obviously my art and my life have long been magnets for controversy, but these recent claims about me are terrible distortions of reality.
‘My intimate relationships have always been entirely consensual with like-minded partners. Regardless of how – and why – others now choose to misrepresent the past, that is the truth.”
Manson filed a defamation lawsuit against Wood and her girlfriend, Illma Gore, over what he calls “malicious” and “false” sexual abuse allegations that “derailed his successful music, TV and film career.”
Manson filed the suit against the Westworld actress in March 2022 ahead of the release of her HBO documentary Phoenix Rising: Don’t Fall.
In the two-part documentary, Wood says that The Beautiful People artist, to whom she was once engaged, sexually assaulted and emotionally abused her while they were dating from 2006 to 2010.

Manson’s former assistant Ashley Walters claimed in 2022 that he forced her to stand for 12 hours taking pictures of him and made her take cocaine to stay awake
Manson, whose catalog includes hits such as Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This), Personal Jesus and Tainted Love, subsequently faced abuse allegations from more than a dozen women after Phoenix Rising: Don’t Fall aired in March 2022.
Wood said in a February 2021 Instagram post: “My abuser’s name is Brian Warner, also known to the world as Marilyn Manson.
‘He started grooming me when I was a teenager and abused me horribly for years. I was brainwashed and manipulated into submission. I’m done living in fear of retaliation, slander or blackmail.’
Wood said she was “here to expose this dangerous man and call on the many industries that enabled him before he ruins any more lives” and stood “by the side of the many victims who will no longer keep silent’.
“For years, plaintiff Brian Warner raped and tortured defendant Evan Rachel Wood and threatened her with retaliation if she told anyone about it,” her attorney wrote in 2023.
Wood also alleged that Manson threatened the families of women who accused him of sexual assault and sex trafficking, even telling her that he would “fuck” her eight-year-old son.
The singer denied all allegations against him.
A judge threw out parts of Manson’s lawsuit in August, and Manson dropped the case in November.
Police raided Manson’s West Hollywood home in 2021 after beginning the sex crimes investigation earlier that year when the first accusers came forward.
Esme Bianco’s lawsuit accused Manson of sexual assault, sexual battery and human trafficking while they were dating in 2011.
She claimed that he locked her in a bedroom in his West Hollywood apartment to prevent her from fleeing, and that he would not let her eat or sleep without his permission.
Bianco alleged in her lawsuit filed in April 2021 that Manson regularly verbally abused her, deprived her of sleep and food, bit, cut and electrocuted her without her consent; and raped her during their two years together.
Manson denied the allegations, calling them “distorted stories that bear no resemblance to reality,” but eventually settled the case.
Last year he settled another with an unnamed woman who claimed he raped her orally and vaginally.
She alleged in the lawsuit that the abuse occurred in 2011 and that Manson also deprived her of food, sleep and a sense of security.
An artist, known only as Gabriella on social media, who said she dated Manson for six months between 2015 and 2016, has claimed he pushed her to attempt suicide.
She accused him in 2021 of tying her up, depriving her of sleep and giving her drugs during their relationship, which began when she was 22 and he was 46.
Her Instagram post included her description of attempting suicide on Christmas Day 2015 after he canceled plans with her, and how she was hospitalized as a result.
She says they met at a show in October 2015. They dated for six months, she said, during which time she claims he tied her up, forcibly fed her drugs, deprived her of sleep and claimed he was a member of the MS-13 gang.
Manson’s former assistant Ashley Walters claimed in 2022 that he forced her to stand for 12 hours taking pictures of him and made her take cocaine to stay awake.
Manson also whipped her and others, telling them they could “take it,” and threw axes when he was angry. She also said she saw him throw a gag skull at Woods so hard it left an edge.
Walters alleged the abuse began in 2010 during a photo shoot after he contacted her via MySpace and said he liked her photography.
The singer allegedly pinned her to a bed, bit her ear and forced her hand into his underwear. She said she distanced herself from him and left the shoot feeling “confused and anxious.”
Afterwards, she claimed the singer bombarded her with messages and offered her extra pay to stay.
Other women who have accused Manson of abuse also posted on Instagram, although they made less detailed and specific references to sexual, mental and physical abuse.
They include Sarah McNeilly, a model in LA, and Ashley Lindsay Morgan, a model who was working in Bangkok when she met Manson.

Manson sent a series of text messages to Johnny Depp in 2016, comparing his current wife, Lindsay Usich, to the actor’s ex-wife, Amber Heard
Torii Lynn, a woman who sells secondhand goods on Etsy, claims she experienced abuse “firsthand,” and Scarlette Kapella claimed Manson “pursued” her in 2011 while she was working as a model in Mexico City.
A woman who gave her name as Brittany Leigh said she was in a relationship with a “Marilyn Manson member” from 2011 to 2013 and that she “saw and heard” things that turned her label Manson into an abuser.
Manson sent a series of text messages to Johnny Depp in 2016, comparing his current wife, Lindsay Usich, to the actor’s ex-wife, Amber Heard.
“I have an amber 2.0,” he wrote.
“I have a serious Police Amber type scenario with L’s family.
‘I’m fucking stressed. “I don’t know if you’re back, but I need asylum somewhere because I think the police are coming my way.”
The musician claimed that Usich, his then-girlfriend, filed a restraining order against him, alleging that Manson “beat her up” and had drugs in his house.
Depp instructed his friend to “don’t bother with it” and stay calm, noting that it was important “not to give her what she wants.”
