Mariah Carey's former manager, Stella Bulochnikov, has accused the singer's former assistant of resignation and says the PA is trying to intimidate her for money.
Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, Bulochnikov claimed that Lianna Shakhnazaryan, 36, from Calabasas, California, extorted $ 8.5 million from her & # 39; via a & # 39; frivolous & # 39; lawsuit.
Shakhnazaryan and Bulochnikov worked together between March 2015 and November 2017, when both were fired by 49-year-old Carey.
The legal action, filed in January, claims that 46-year-old Bulochnikov shakhnazaryan physically and sexually attacked and even peed on her.
Bulochnikov, who denies all claims, told DailyMail.com: & # 39; This is the first time I have addressed this publicly. My family and I have been troubled by this for far too long. It is time I finally said something. & # 39;
& # 39; Let me be clear. There is no truth about the allegations of harassment directed at me. The story this person tried to play never happened.
& # 39; I am indicted by Lianna Shakhnazaryan, who, in my opinion, releases improperly defamatory material and tells terrible lies to the public.
& # 39; The only real story is that we have welcomed Mrs. Shakhnazaryan into our lives and treated her like family, not realizing that she was a predator who collected personal and private information that she could one day turn around on her next payday to create.
& # 39; I will fight against her horrific claims and protect my family. & # 39;
Former manager Stella Bulochnikov (left) was fired by Mariah Carey (right) in November 2017. Bulochnikov accuses her of losing her job to the former personal assistant of Carey Lianna Shakhnazaryan
Lianna Shakhnazaryan (left) claims in a lawsuit Mariah Carey physically attacked her and Stella Bulochnikov sexually abused her. Bulochnikov said about the PA: & # 39; We treated her like family & # 39;
In the trial, Shakhnazaryan also focuses on Carey and accuses the singer of physical abuse and unlawful termination.
Bulochnikov has added & # 39; Ms. Shakhnazaryan is demanding $ 8.5 million and appears to be engaged in an escalating negative publicity campaign to exert pressure outside the courtroom.
& # 39; Her methods are regrettable and a sign of despair. & # 39;
Bulochnikov believes she has become the target of harassment of Carey's fans who think the accusations will smear Carey's reputation.
She has received photos of dirty diapers, received death threats, and received calls from strangers who were reporters and said they were digging up dirt.
Bulochnikov showed DailyMail.com text messages, including one in which they received a & # 39; mutant rat & # 39; and another where the sender tells the mother of three to go to jail & # 39 ;.
Bulochnikov showed DailyMail.com the flow of threatening text messages she has received from Mariah Carey fans since the legal action against Shakhnazaryan against Bulochnikov was filed. Fans warned her that she would be killed and also threatened her family
One of the most disturbing reads: & Hey, how are you, I just want to tell you something that if you screw it up with mimi (sic) you will be killed immediately so be careful !!! !!!! & # 39;
& # 39; Mimi & # 39; is the nickname Carey gives herself.
Others called Bulochnikov a & # 39; lowlife scumbag & # 39; and include threats to her family.
Earlier this month, Bulochnikov filed a cross-complaint in which Shakhnazaryan was charged with defamation and termination of her contract.
She also claims that Shakhnazaryan had become angry because she believed Bulochnikov had caused her salary to be lowered.
The intersecting complaint from Bulochnikov, a copy of which was obtained by DailyMail.com, does not refer to extortion.

Lawyers for Shakhnazaryan have been approached for comment by DailyMail.com.
Sources near the former PA have been kicked back and have told DailyMail.com that there are five witnesses who have seen the urinary incident and that the extortion claim is not true.
The former colleague said: “There was never a demand for $ 8.5 million from her, there was never a shakedown. There was only this lawsuit.
& # 39; I think Stella only performs PR damage check. She says urinating never happened, but there are five witnesses, including her own assistant, who verified that. & # 39;
The source added: & # 39; It seems that everyone has the same story with Stella, namely that everyone bends the truth a little, but she entirely invents that ballsy is.
& # 39; This woman is not some masterly genius – she is just a girl who ended up in a job and worked for celebrities where she earned an obscene amount.
& # 39; She's just a North Hollywood girl who did what she was told because she didn't want to lose her job. & # 39;
