Mariah Carey went on an incredibly funny rant about ceiling lighting.
The 55-year-old chart-topping artist, who recently recreated her iconic All I Want For Christmas Is You cover, appeared on the popular Las Culturistas podcast hosted by Matt Rogers and Bowen Yang while highlighting unflattering lighting.
The couple does a segment called ‘I Don’t Believe So, Honey’ in which their guests have the opportunity to rant about any topic for one minute.
Mariah didn’t mince her words when she said: ‘I can’t handle overhead lighting.
‘Why do they do it to us? I shouldn’t say we, it’s not us, it’s me.’

The singer went on to hilariously describe her agony by listing the places that have overhead lighting.
She said: ‘I am the most tortured by the horrible lighting in elevators, doors, gyms; Not that I go to the gym, just saying.
It’s horrible lighting. The sun is fine if it’s sunset, I’ll be happy to go out and put on a little hat or whatever and that will be nice because the sunlight caresses your skin.’
After praising the natural lighting, he finished his tirade in epic fashion.
Mariah concluded: “It’s bad for you, so you have to be careful.” But I don’t think so about the ceiling lighting, honey.
‘Please stop! Wherever you go, turn off the lights! I don’t want to see them anymore. The ceiling lighting makes me sick!’
