The Barbie star, 34, who recently welcomed the little one with husband Tom Ackerley, 34, shined in a low-cut black top, matching pants and a crisp white Oxford shirt.
Margot pushed the stroller and effortlessly accessorized it with a gold chain and designer sunglasses.
The Australian beauty seemed in high spirits, flashing a megawatt smile as she looked at her bundle of joy with a twinkle in her eye.
She was joined by her close friend and former Neighbors co-star Ashleigh Brewer, with whom Margot formed a close bond during her days filming the beloved Australian soap.

The two actresses lived together off-screen while filming in Melbourne, forming a close friendship that continued beyond the show.
Margot left Neighbors in 2011 to pursue a career in Hollywood, while Ashleigh remained on the show until 2014.
Over the weekend, The Mail on Sunday delighted that Robbie had given birth to her first child.
It is understood the star went into labor two weeks ago, shortly before her due date, and “everything is fine”.
Friends and family of the couple have remained quiet about the news of the baby, a boy born on October 17, to protect their privacy.
The news comes a few days after Tom was spotted stocking up on baby supplies near the couple’s Venice Beach home.
The English film producer picked up a box of organic diapers, a box of cigars and a bottle of wine from Coterie, perhaps to toast the baby’s arrival.
