New mom Maren Morris has revealed that she will no longer share photos of her four-month-old son Hayes’s face on social media after being attacked by maternal hammers.
The 30-year-old singer was criticized earlier this month for posing with a son on her lap and a can of beer in her hand on a pool float. When she appeared See what’s happening live with Andy Cohen on Wednesday, Maren said she no longer thinks she will be sharing photos of her son’s face in public.
“It was so much fun sharing photos of him, but I feel like … you know I can tell someone that my music sucks or that I ruin country music, but for some reason, the mother card, I just can’t handle it emotionally now, “she said. “So I was like,” I’m going to protect myself and him. ‘

Taking a stand: The singer revealed that she will no longer share photos of the face of her four-month-old son Hayes on social media after being attacked by maternal hammers.
Maren had some choice words for all unsupportive moms who criticize other moms who are just trying to do their best.
“I should say to anyone who is a mother who disgraces another mother, it is clear from a deep uncertainty in your own motherhood that you have to criticize someone else, especially [someone] who is completely new to this, “she said.
“We all feel bad at first anyway, so I’ll just say I’ll be a little more personal about him.”
Maren also emphasized that her son Hayes was “completely safe” when she held him on the float.

Drama: Maren was embarrassed for not having a life jacket on her son, bringing fans and friends to her defense. The new mom tweeted that she would stop sharing photos of her baby
“We were tied to a dock. I was on a float on a raft to take a photo, “she said of the image critics who were considered unsafe.
“People are a ** hole on social media,” Andy told his guest, and she agreed. “They really are.”
When Maren posted the photo to social media, she was bombarded with questions as to why her son was not wearing a life jacket. She later deleted the photo on Twitter and turned off the comments on Instagram.
“Honestly, I get so much criticism of my motherhood for everything I post from Hayes, so maybe I’ll stop posting pictures of him. It sucks, but it’s kind of where I am, ”she tweeted.

Online trolls: “People are a ** hole on social media,” Andy told Maren, and she agreed. “They are real”
When one of her friends, Mickey Guyton, defended her, Maren thanked her for the support and hinted that she and her husband, Ryan Hurd, had finished posting photos of her baby.
“We were talking about how we control photo posting now that he’s a little older, but the added nonsense of (mostly other moms) people certainly forced our hand,” she admitted.
Ryan, 33, also took to Twitter in defense of his wife, emphasizing that their son was completely safe behind the scenes.
“I just want to say that my wife usually doesn’t need me to defend her, but she’s a great mom, and my child wasn’t unsafe on a float in 1 foot of water held by an adult with 5 people watching so she could take a picture, “he wrote.
Their precious boy: Maren and her husband, Ryan Hurd, welcomed their son, Hayes, on March 23. Ryan defended his wife amid the recoil in the pool, saying she was a “great mom.”
Take that: Ryan, 33, stressed that their son was not unsafe and noted that he has two life jackets for when he needs one
“Hayes has 2 Coast Guard approved life jackets that he wears. Sometimes mothers also drink and homegirl earned it. Later, nerds. ‘
After the drama, Maren deleted all her photos of her son on her Instagram page, aside from the pool photo. When she shared a photo of Hayes last week, his face was turned away from the camera.
As a famous singer, the mother of one is no stranger to dealing with online trolls. Before appearing on Watch What Happens Live, she hit back at an Instagram user who was ashamed of her for wearing a plunging neckline dress in a selfie showing off her new haircut.

Hater: When the Instagram user called Maren “distasteful,” she replied, “Girl BYE. Don’t let my breasts hit you on the way out ‘
Maren, who welcomed her first child in March, posed for two snaps to show off her highlighted locks as she wore a sexy aqua blue low-cut dress and wrote, ‘wavy hair: @marwabashirhair.’
Many Maren fans praised her for the glamorous look, but there was one negative comment under the photo that the singer couldn’t otherwise respond to.
Wavy hair because the camera is only on your tits. Yes, it is certainly unsavory. Come on if your caption reads wavy hair, maybe keep the focus on the hair, or maybe make the caption big breasts? Just say like holy cow. Everything in this world doesn’t make sense anymore, these little girls clearly don’t have much to look at either, ‘the person wrote.
The Texas-born beauty wasted no time in clapping back to the Instagram user, as she replied, ‘Girl BYE. Don’t let my breasts hit you on the way out. ‘
