Shaun Ryder’s dog Malcolm was found after being missing in the Peak District for 48 hours.
The beagle ran off after a sheep as the Happy Monday star’s wife Joanne walked him near Old Glossop, Derbyshire, on Sunday morning.
Malcolm’s disappearance sparked a search by mountain rescue and charity volunteers.
But Happy Mondays star Shaun was delighted to be reunited with his dog on Tuesday.
The charity Drone to Home helped find Malcolm and captured the sweet moment he was found safe and well.

A GMRT spokesperson said: ‘Happy endings for Malcom! We were notified of Malcom’s disappearance and our team was in communication with the family, and our members kept an eye on us as we canvassed our area.
“We are very pleased to see that, following the sightings reported by our team and the work of Drone To Home, Malcom is now reunited with his owner after his experience on the moors!”
It comes after Shaun opened up about the shocking reason why he still has to “work hard and earn money” at his age.
The Drone to Home charity helped find Malcolm and captured the sweet moment he was found safe and well.

The Happy Mondays star, 61, revealed she has to work as hard as she does to fund therapy for five of her six children, who struggle with ADHD.
Shaun, who starred on I’m A Celeb South Africa this year, had previously revealed that only his two daughters suffered from the condition, but has now detailed that Jael, Coco, Pearl, Lulu, Joseph and Oliver also suffer from it.
Speaking to The Sun, the Black Grape frontman, who was diagnosed in his fifties, told how having the disease means one of his daughters is a “maths genius”.
He went on to highlight the uniqueness of each ADHD case, stating that each one is different.
Reflecting on how his ADHD causes him to forget things, Shaun talked about how when he was at school, he would often walk out of the classroom, instantly forgetting what he had just been taught and how having this condition can affect his behavior and lead him to be impulsive. actions such as drug use, which he has openly admitted to consuming.
The Gogglebox star said: “Although I wasn’t diagnosed until I was 50-something, when I was at school while I was in class, I picked things up and understood them, when the lesson was over and I got out of there.” door couldn’t remember anything. I just didn’t retain the information.

Shaun first rose to fame in the 80s with his band Happy Mondays, alongside late brother Paul and friends Mark Day, Paul Davis and Gary Whelan. His friend and bandmate, Bez, later joined the band as a percussionist.
In the 90s he was also the lead singer of another band, Black Grape, and has since amassed a fortune of more than £2.5 million.
In addition to his singing career, Shaun has also enjoyed successful stints on reality television.
Shaun has been married to his wife Joanna since 2010 and they share three children, Pearl, 15, and Lulu, 14, and a son, Olli.
