She revealed earlier this month that she had lost her Altadena home amid the devastating fires ravaging parts of Los Angeles.
And Mandy Moore gave her 5.5 million Instagram followers an update on her mental state Wednesday night after she had to return to the area to take her youngest daughter, Lou, four months, to a appointment with the doctor.
The This Is Us star, 40, revealed that the trip near the rubble that was once her family’s home left her ‘sobbing’ during the car ride in the caption of a sweet video of her son Gus cradling baby Lou on her lap.

“There is a definite line that has left an indelible mark on my life, but somehow these guys think we are on the best adventure and I intend to keep it that way,” he declared, adding that the cute video featured “Goosey (Gus) keeping his sister entertained.

He noted how “strange” it felt to experience “survivor’s guilt” but shared his dedication to helping “rebuild and support” his neighbors.
