Losing Chilwell would be a huge blow to Leicester City as they try to bring in Champions League football next season.
It is unknown if qualifying for the league would increase their chances of keeping their star as a left back.
A graduate of Foxes Academy, Chilwell has made 123 appearances for the Midlands-based club.
His current deal with King Power will run until 2024, with the possibility that he will follow in the footsteps of former Leicester defender and now Manchester United captain Harry Maguire.
