After failing to secure a transfer to Old Trafford last summer, Sancho had a frustrating start to the 2020-21 season for Dortmund.

However, he finished the season in style by helping Dortmund win the German Cup and qualify for the Champions League with 10 goals in his last 15 games.

In addition to Sancho, United are also on the hunt for Kieran Trippier, with cramped Atletico Madrid open to offers.

The Red Devils see him as competition for Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

A centre-back is also on the agenda for United, and they are working on a deal for Real Madrid’s Raphael Varane.
