After both challenges for the same ball towards the end of the first half, Bailly and Maguire received medical attention on the field.
Maguire was patched up and allowed to continue. While Bailly was forced to leave the field after it was deemed unsafe to continue.
The Ivory Coast defender tried to run off the field before falling to the ground when he reached the touchline.
Medical personnel gently put Bailly in a neck brace before placing him on a stretcher.
Bailly received oxygen when he was transported from the field, surrounded by five doctors.
