Manchester City star Jack Grealish is set to become an uncle this summer after his sister Kiera, 22, announced her pregnancy

Manchester City star Jack Grealish will become an uncle this summer after his younger sister announced she is pregnant.

Kiera Grealish, 22, will give birth to her first child with her boyfriend Josh Murphy in August, having announced the news on social media.

It comes a week after they celebrated their fourth anniversary. The couple wrote on Instagram: ‘Baby Murphy… a dream come true, half me and half you.’

As well as Kiera, Jack is also close to his other sister, Hollie, who was born with cerebral palsy.

Hollie commented on the announcement post that she “can’t wait” to meet her niece or nephew later this year.

The father-to-be, Josh, is a model signed to Manchester modeling agency Nemesis.

In their Instagram post, the couple showed off photos of their first baby scan, a pregnancy test, baby booties and a photo of Josh kissing Kiera’s bump.

Jack’s long-time girlfriend Sasha Attwood also sent him well wishes along with other wives and girlfriends of other football players.

On the pitch, things haven’t been easy for Jack recently after suffering a groin injury in Manchester City’s midweek Champions League win over Copenhagen.

The 28-year-old limped off during the first half at the Parken Stadium, despite doing his best to stay on the pitch before admitting he could not continue.

It was clear that the England international was suffering from a muscle injury and he has been given a period of two to three weeks to recover, according to reports The Telegraph.
