Raheem Sterling ‘will be offered a new contract and a significant pay rise’ from Manchester City to ensure the English star stays with the club for the peak years of his career.
City will reportedly prioritize new deals for Sterling and Kevin De Bruyne after manager Pep Guardiola committed to the club until 2023.
Talks about securing Belgian De Bruyne’s future at Etihad Stadium are progressing well and he is expected to sign a contract worth £ 350,000 a week through 2025.

He has developed into a world-class player during Guardiola’s time in charge. After scoring 10 goals in the manager’s first season, Sterling has since scored 23, 25 and 31 goals, winning two Premier League titles, the FA Cup and three League Cups.

He was a late substitute in Saturday’s 2-0 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur, having returned early from international service with England.
