The League Two club revealed the surprising news by posting a few photos of the 37-year-old midfielder wearing their training jersey.
Sports email understands that Toure representatives have contacted the club to see if the star can participate in sessions to keep fit.

The Ivory Coast international plays for Qingdao Huanghai in the Chinese second division and joined the club last July.
