Ally McCoist slammed Manchester United winger Antony after he gave away a penalty against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues took a 1-0 lead thanks to an early goal from Conor Gallagher before Antony brought down Marc Cucurella in the area.
Cole Palmer made no mistake and converted from the penalty spot to double the lead for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
Speaking after the penalty was awarded, TNT Sports co-commentator Ally McCoist criticized Antony for committing the foul.
He said: ‘If Antonio doesn’t go with him, he will be behind him. I blame Antonio here.

Cole Palmer converted from the penalty spot to give Chelsea a comfortable first-half lead.
‘He doesn’t stay with his man. He has to run a half yard back and avoid that run and that pass. Since he doesn’t go immediately, a problem is created.
‘It’s impossible (the angle). If you react defensively faster, it will stop him. That said, beautiful dancing by Mudryk.
The Brazilian returned to the starting XI to face Chelsea after being dropped earlier, with Marcus Rashford making way for Antony.
On the other hand, Alejandro Garnacho made his 27th consecutive start and appears to have secured his place in Erik ten Hag’s team.
McCoist is not the first person to criticize Antony in recent weeks, with Manchester United legend Jaap Stam recently criticizing the winger.
“From what I’ve seen from Antony, he’s not good enough at the level we’re looking for at United,” Stam told the Stick to Football podcast.
“Because you’re also looking for a player who can go through tough times and fight when it comes, but (we can see) where he’s progressing to get to that level.
“When you look at Antony now, at the moment, you don’t see where he can progress to take the next step in the Premier League, to be up there with the best wingers who can make a difference.”
It remains to be seen what the future holds for both Antony and his Man United coach, as Sir Jim Ratcliffe approaches his first summer at Old Trafford.
Gareth Southgate has been heavily linked with a move to the club as he could leave England after Euro 2024.
