This is the troubling moment when a suspected home abuser live-streamed himself and told a little boy to put a plastic bag over his sobbing victim’s head.
The abuser, named by the police as Edward Moore, 42, snapped, ‘Put that bag on that bitch’s head and tie him up. She can’t breathe. Put it over her head as tight as possible and make sure she can’t get out! ‘
Moments earlier, the little boy seemed to be trying to put the shopping bag over the crying woman’s head, but couldn’t. She was working on a little girl’s hair at the time of the incident, which was filmed Monday in Prichard, Alabama.

Moore is said to have strangled the woman and hit her off camera with a chair before she fled.
