A man was fatally shot inside a Brooklyn apartment building early Saturday during a domestic dispute that turned deadly, police sources said.
Troopers were called to the Lexington Avenue building near Marcy Avenue in Bedford Stuyvesant at about 5:40 a.m. where they found the 46-year-old victim on the second floor with multiple gunshot wounds to her body.
The shooter fled on foot.
EMS took the victim to Woodhull Hospital, but they were unable to save him. His name was not released as police officers tracked down family members.
The building where the shooting occurred is part of NYCHA’s Louis Armstrong Houses, police said.
No arrests have been made.
