A former professional volleyball player who has moved into the adult film industry has revealed what his manhood looks like after a penis enlargement surgery that lasted 40 minutes.

A man who underwent penis enlargement surgery in a 40-minute operation has revealed what his manhood now looks like.

Ale Siewert, a 33-year-old Brazilian who stands 7 feet tall, is delighted with the results of the procedure, which has improved the length and girth of his penis, according to local media reports.

In a post to his followers on social media, the Brazilian boasted: “What was big just got bigger.”

He continued: ‘After two days of the procedure, the effects are already visible. It not only got bigger but also thicker.

‘A spoiler is that it looks like a plastic bottle, I can’t close my hand around it.

‘Since I was very little I have always liked taking photographs and recording videos. I never imagined this would become a career, but when I saw the opportunity to combine my passions, I decided to invest in it.’

What are the different penis enlargement procedures?

There are generally three different types of penis enlargement procedures available to Brits.

These include:

Injections to enlarge the penis: £1000 – £2500

Non-surgical penoplasty involves injecting hyaluronic acid or collagen into the penis to make it thicker and longer.

The recommended safe amount is between 10 and 15 ml, which can increase the thickness by 15 percent.

Circumference augmentation surgery: £2,500 – £6,000+

Fat from other parts of the body is transplanted into the penis to enlarge it.

Surgeons can also place implants in the penis to make it wider when it is flaccid and erect.

This surgery can expand the circumference from 0.6 inches (1.5 cm) to 1.31 inches (3.35 cm).

Length enlargement surgery: £2,5000 – £6,000+

This only lengthens a flaccid penis, not an erect one.

A surgeon cuts the suspensory ligament that attaches the penis to the pubic bone. This reduces the angle of the penis, making it longer when flaccid.

This typically lengthens the penis by between 0.65 cm (0.25 in) and 1.8 cm (0.7 in).

The cosmetic surgeon behind the operation, Dr. Vitor Mello, called the non-surgical procedure “Overpants” and it takes 40 minutes to complete.

The doctor is believed to enhance the patient’s penis by injecting body fat or special fillers to increase its size.

Further details of the procedure were posted on their website, which stated: ‘It is a cosmetic procedure that increases the diameter and length of the male sexual organ in a safe, comfortable and non-surgical manner.

‘Developed by Dr. Vitor Mello, this revolutionary technique has already transformed the lives of thousands of men, offering impressive and natural results.’

Clinics specializing in these types of procedures usually offer a menu of treatments from which men looking for a broader package can choose.

One option, called the Penuma implant, is a silicone structure that is surgically inserted into the penis, similar to some breast implants.

Other treatments involve cutting an internal ligament in the groin area to make the penis appear longer, while others inject substances such as collagen gel and hyaluronic acid to thicken the penis.

Industry experts have seen a boom in post-pandemic penis enhancement surgeries that they say are linked to increased pornography consumption and WFH policies that allow patients to recover quietly at home.

However, experts say that Penuma implants can have dangerous side effects. A surgeon warned that they can become infected and kill the skin around the penis.

Professor Amr Raheem of Andrology International said: “In severe cases of infection, there may be necrosis or death of the penile skin covering the implant.

“This is a serious complication that requires immediate attention and probably removal of the implant to control the infection and prevent further tissue damage.”

He added that those seeking a longer penis thanks to the implant may, ironically, suffer the opposite fate, depending on how it heals.

This is called retraction and causes the tissue around the penis to contract as it leaves scars during the incision healing process.

Penuma implants are the only FDA approved penile implant surgery and are only available in the US.

A spokesperson for Penuma clinics told MailOnline that, as with any cosmetic procedure, penis enlargement carries “potential risks and rare complications”.

However, they added that thousands of men had used implants to regain “self-confidence in and out of the bedroom.”

According to the NHS, around 45 per cent of men in the UK are dissatisfied with their penis size.

The health service says the average size of an adult penis is 3 to 4 inches when flaccid and 6 to 7 inches when erect.

The NHS offers two different types of penis enlargement procedures including lengthening and widening.

But only men with a micropenis (an organ smaller than 2.8 inches) are eligible.

Micropenises usually develop in utero due to a hormonal or genetic condition and are usually diagnosed shortly after birth.
