A man from Texas who allegedly falsified his wife's signature on divorce papers appeared before a lawsuit with his new wife.
Paul Nixon, 51, from Houston, was searched by the police after allegedly filing forged documents and false information with a court in Houston.
Nixon's wife Edna helped start the investigation after she informed Harris County police that the divorce took place without her knowledge.

On Monday, Nixon appeared at the Harris County Criminal Court with a woman whom he described as his new wife and lawyer.
Nixon, who is a famous DJ in Houston, told KPRC2 On the way to court: I am not guilty and I want everyone in Houston to know me, I would not do this.

Nixon filed the paperwork on February 15, the day after Valentine's Day, with a judge who subsequently signed the divorce decree in April, which legally dissolved his marriage.
