Emergency services were called to High Street Kensington at 8:22pm amid reports of a collision involving a pedestrian and a car.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene, Met Police said.
Two other people were treated at the scene and taken to hospital. His status is currently unknown.
The driver involved in the accident stopped at the scene.
