Paramedics desperately try to save a man in his early 30s after a drive-by-shoot in western Sydney.
After the shooting, police and ambulance were called to Barber Avenue in Penrith shortly before 3.30 pm on Thursday.
NSW Ambulance said paramedics treated the man on the spot who had been shot up to five times.
Since then he has been urgently taken to Westmead Hospital by helicopter in serious condition.
The police blocked the scene and started investigating. The suspect is still free.
