A man has been killed in a fight with his neighbor over a dispute on a quiet street in a rural Australian town.
Police were called to the dispute in Grafton, in northern NSW, Friday morning after reports of a brawl between two men.
A 50-year-old was found at the scene with a serious head injury and emergency services were unable to resuscitate him.

The brawl took place just after 9:30 a.m. at Phoenix Close in South Grafton between two men who, according to police, were known to each other.
Paramedics tried to save the 50-year-old victim, but he died on the spot.
A 64-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken to Grafton Police Station, where he was charged with manslaughter and refused bail.
Forensic teams are investigating the location and will prepare a report.
