Man called ‘lazy’ for praising wife for doing laundry seven days after giving birth
A video of a new mother doing laundry just a week after giving birth has sparked furious debate online – with many wondering why her husband was not stepping in.
Andrew Campisi, 35, of Orlando, Florida, filmed his wife Katelyn, 24, putting clothes in the washing machine at their home.
Starting the clip on a positive note, he asks, ‘Can you believe she had a baby seven days ago? Oh my god, you look amazing”.
But then Katelyn smiled at her husband and shot back: ‘Can you believe I had a baby seven days ago and I’m the one doing the laundry?
Stunned, Andrew then jokes: ‘I’m taking it back, you look like shit’.

While Katelyn insisted she felt fine and wanted to do some laundry, people were quick to criticize the couple.
‘The correct reaction should have been, “Yes, baby. I’m so sorry. I’ll help you.”‘
“She had this comeback ready because she was already pre-bored about it,” one said.
“Not him taking back the compliment AFTER she called him on his bs,” another wrote.

“She’s laughing, but she’s really upset,” another commented.
‘Literally my first thought – she had a baby seven days ago and YOU don’t do laundry??’ wrote one.
Laughing at the criticism, Andrew made a follow-up video where he wrapped his wife in bubble wrap.

She added that some people thought it was a ‘call for help’ but insisted it was ‘just having fun and playing’.
