One man is behind bars and another is fighting for life in the hospital after allegedly being extinguished in gasoline and burned in NSW.
Emergency services were called to a house in Wellington, near Dubbo in the center of West NSW, on Thursday around 5 am after a burning house was reported.
A 52-year-old man was found who had exposed more than 60 percent of his body to severe burns.
A 46-year-old man was arrested and charged with the domestic violence-related offense for causing injury / serious bodily injury with the intention of murder.

Initial investigations suggest that the fire was intentionally lit and the police claimed that the victim was topped with gasoline during the incident.
The victim was flown to Concord Hospital, where he is still in a critical condition
The man who allegedly ignited the fire was later found in a nearby building and taken to Dubbo Base Hospital for burn treatment before being arrested and charged at the Dubbo police station.
He was refused on bail to appear at Dubbo Local Court on Friday.
