It won’t come cheap, with rent understood to be an eye-watering £8,000 a month.
The 3,180 sq ft property comes with three en-suite bedrooms, a study, walk-in wardrobes and a 24-hour ‘dedicated service team’. It is not known whether Aguero, City’s all time record-goalscorer, who currently lives in a mansion in leafy Hale Barns, will move into the flat himself or potentially use it as a city centre base, or investment opportunity.
It has been reported he also has a flat in Spinningfields, which he has rented out to City team-mates, such as Gabriel Jesus, when they first arrive in the city.

If Aguero does choose to up sticks and follow boss Pep Guardiola in living in the centre of town, he will wake every morning to the most astonishing views.
Not only does it have a bird’s-eye view of major city landmarks – including Aguero’s beloved Etihad Stadium and neighbours United’s Old Trafford home to the west – you can also see the Peak District to the east and Winter Hill in Lancashire to the north.
The West Tower is the first to open at the new Deansgate Square development, off Chester Road past Deansgate train station and before the Mancunian Way roundabout, to be completed.
The South Tower next door is also nearing completion and when its is finished it will overtake Beetham Tower become the tallest building outside London, at a dizzying 201m.
By next year, when the complex towers are fully developed, Aguero will have access to a 25m swimming pool; tennis courts; a gym, five-a-side football pitches; a cinema; and a spa.

Players on both sides of Manchester’s footballing divide have begun to shun the Cheshire ‘Golden Triangle’ of Wilmslow, Alderley Edge and Knutsford in favour of city centre living with boss Guardiola in a serviced apartment on the Salford bank of the River Irwell whilst Bernardo Silva and Ilkay Gundogan are among Aguero’s teammates to reside in the city.
The acquiring of a new property in Manchester will be seen as a boost for City fans, with Aguero, who led the Blues to an historic domestic treble last season, having spoken of his desire to return to his homeland, in particular his first ever club Independiente.
Fellow legends Yaya Toure and Vincent Kompany have now left the club and David Silva has announced this will be his last season at the Etihad. Aguero is currently playing for his country in this summer’s Copa America.
They are due to meet Venezuela in the quarter-finals of the tournament tonight.
