Fernandinho and Sergio Aguero will leave Manchester City this summer in front of their teammates, according to a new report.
Both players are out of contract at the end of the season and the Athletic report The city’s squad believes that Aguero and Fernandinho, two mainstays of their title-winning teams in recent years, will disappear.
Fernandinho, who turns 36 in May, reportedly has several offers on the table when he leaves City. Aguero saw his season devastated by injury, but he is also thought to be a much sought-after man.

A return to Atletico Paranaense for Fernandinho, his first club back in Brazil, has been mooted as an option to see his later years in the game.
His influence on the field has diminished. He is City’s 17th most used player this season, but as a captain, his impact off the field has been massive.
Away from the public eye, City trusted him as never before and as such it should come as no surprise to see them fight to keep him.
“I focused on Man City,” said Fernandinho TNT Sports last month. ‘I know how much my teammates need me.

For Aguero, clubs like Barcelona and Inter Milan continue to monitor his situation.
