Man attacked by rottweiler in Leppington, southwest of Sydney
A man was rushed to hospital after being attacked by a Rottweiler while out for a walk.
Emergency services were called to a house on George Road, Leppington, in Sydney’s southwest, around 7.30am on Monday.
A man in his fifties was bitten to the head, neck, arm and leg.

Emergency services were called to the scene around 7:30 a.m. Monday.
He was taken to Liverpool Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
It appears the man was walking past the house when the dog attacked.
A cat from a neighboring house was also believed to have been killed by the Rottweiler.
NSW Police confirmed two dogs were seized by council rangers investigating the incident.
