A northern NSW man accused of having sex with dogs and hunting women, children, and people with disabilities, is trying to make a plea agreement.
Prosecutors are considering submissions from Dean Anthony Sellenthin's lawyer, who was told the Tweed Heads Local Court on Wednesday.
Sellenthin, 43, has made no formal appeal to the indictment and the case has been adjourned until 19 June.

Police claim that the accused Bangalow man hunted tourists, locals and dogs for a period of seven years in the popular NSW tourist town of Byron Bay.
Sellenthin is accused of having sex with dogs at least 19 times, stealing hundreds of pairs of ladies' and children's underwear and swimwear, and unreasonably assaulting a disabled person.
His alleged sexual outbreak started in 2011 and ended with his arrest in 2017.
According to court records, Sellenthin committed acts of bestiality against a number of dogs, including a golden retriever and a dog named & # 39; Bear & # 39 ;.
The documents do not explain how the police know that Sellenthin was concerned with bestiality – or specifically how many dogs were involved.

The man is also charged with entering a home to commit a criminal offense, allegedly for electronically registering private individuals.
