A man, 30, bleeds to death in a pallet factory in Sydney after his head got stuck in a piece of machinery
A man was crushed to death in a machine in a pallet factory in the west of Sydney.
The horrific accident happened on Wednesday at 5.40 am on Forrest Road in St. Mary's.
Four ambulance crews rushed to the scene to find a 30-year-old with his head stuck in a machine.
They performed CPR but could not save him.
The man died of head injuries and heavy blood loss.
Safework NSW is investigating.
