Mamie Laverock’s When Calls The Heart family have asked for “prayers and love” for their co-star, saying they “need a miracle” as the 19-year-old remains on life support after suffering “life-threatening injuries” for five – fall of history.
The teenage actress was rushed to the hospital after falling from a balcony walkway located on the fifth floor of a building on Sunday.
His parents revealed the devastating news in a GoFundMe campaign that read: ‘He suffered life-threatening injuries, underwent multiple extensive surgeries and is currently on life support. “We are all devastated and in shock at this very difficult time.”
Since then, castmates like Johannah Newmarch and Erin Krakow have shared public messages of support and asked fans for help.
Mitchell Kummen, who played Gabriel ‘Gabe’ Montgomrey, opted for X (before Twitter) and wrote: ‘Please pray for my friend Mamie. “We need a miracle and the power of prayer and love.”

Newmarch, who plays Laverock’s on-screen mother Molly Sullivan, also shared her support in a post on X.
‘I love this family, my heart is broken. A devastating moment for everyone who cares for Mamie. Please help if you can,” Newmarch, 52, wrote on May 27. “They need all the support they can get to get through this.”
Erin Krakow, known for her role as Elizabeth Thatcher, also shared a photo of the family fund asking for $10,000.

Loretta Walsh, who plays the role of Florence Blakeley, also asked her followers to support the campaign on Instagram, pleading: “Please donate and share if you can.” Mamie and her family need our support. Link in bio. Thank you.’
The campaign was also shared by Ava Grace Cooper, who plays Opal Weise.
She wrote on her Instagram Stories: “Sending love to Mamie and her family.”
Andrea Brooks, who plays the role of Faith Carter, also posted on her Instagram Stories: “This is heartbreaking news for the entire WCTH family. We love you mommy.

Laverlock first had a “medical emergency” on May 11 and was taken by his mother Nicole Compton to Winnipeg hospital.
A GoFundMe account claimed Nicole had “saved her daughter’s life” by doing so.
Laverlock was then taken to a Vancouver hospital. ‘We are trying to go every day to support her. Any contribution would help us be by her side,’ he shared.
