Here Comes star Honey Boo Boo Mama June reunited with daughter Anna ‘Chickadee’ Cardwell in the aftermath of her cancer diagnosis just weeks after it was reported that she was working on their bond to mend their strained relationship.
The 43-year-old mother – full name June Shannon – and her 28-year-old daughter seem to have put their rough pasts behind them as they smiled for a selfie together in a hospital room.
Chikadi – who was diagnosed with stage 4 adrenal cancer – also took a selfie with a red medical cap.
It was such a family affair that they rooted for Chickadee as husband Justin Stroud joined Mama June as well as her daughters Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson and Lauren ‘Pumpkin’ Efird.
Chickadee’s 10-year-old daughter Caitlin Elizabeth Clark can also be seen sitting on her mom’s lap in a selfie.

Earlier this month it was reported by TMZ that June has been nurturing a bond with her daughter even though their relationship has been rocky in recent years.
Insiders tell the site that Mama June and Cardwell started mending their relationship about a year ago, but now they’re a lot closer.
In 2021, Anna is vocal about putting distance between her and her mother when June begins a romance with Mark McDaniel, whom Anna said she sexually abused as a teenager.
Now the two put the past behind them as June does things like watch Anna’s children to help her adjust to her new reality.
It was also noted that John would accompany Anna to doctor’s appointments because she “wants her daughter to know she had a support system”.
Cardwell had her first chemotherapy session last month Stage 4 cancer in the liver, kidneys and lungs after being diagnosed in January with a rare adrenal cancer.
Doctors are now monitoring her progress before making any decisions about further treatment.

Mama June Shannon’s eldest daughter reported stomach pain prior to testing and diagnosis.
In recent photos, Anna is seen with her eldest daughter, Caitlin, 10, as the rest of the family supports her and remains optimistic.
The TLC alum also snapped pictures of herself in the middle of treatment at a hospital in Georgia.
On Thursday, her 17-year-old sister, Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson, took to Instagram to confirm the devastating diagnosis by sharing an article published by TMZ.
“This is what I mean when I say you never really know what someone is going through at home,” Thompson wrote, along with a screenshot of the post. No matter how famous they are.
She added, “Yes, I’m very famous, but normal happens to me and my family, and you need to realize that ASAP.”
According to the American Cancer Society, adrenocortical carcinoma — also known as adrenocortical carcinoma — is a disease that affects an estimated 200 Americans annually.
Sources close to the family report that they are all “very optimistic” that Cardwell will beat and beat the rare disease.
