MAFS star Stacey Hampton provides PROOF of her penalty payment for Jessika Power

MAFS bride Stacey Hampton has provided evidence of her ceasefire demand for Jessika Power – just hours after the blonde claimed the legal letter didn’t exist.

Stacey, a law graduate, quickly uploaded the letter to Instagram on Tuesday afternoon, encouraging fans to tell Jessika to ‘check her emails.’

Under the title “defamation on social media,” the letter included four defamatory comments from Jessika allegedly causing Stacey “significant pain and distress.”

Stacey initially threatened Jessika with a ceasefire letter last week, after the 2019 MAFS star slapped her in a vicious summary of the show.

In the email, Jessika was instructed to immediately remove the video summary and all comments, which Jessika ignored.

“It all comes from me. Let’s see who comes out on top, ”Stacey concluded, not knowing how Jessika would react.

Jessika, 28, still seemed to find the situation comical, as she wrote with smiling emojis: “Thank you for letting me know that Stacey emailed me. I have my lawyer review her ceasefire letter issued by Word. ‘

“Someone informed Jessika to check her emails”: Under the title “social media defamation,” the letter contained four defamatory comments from Jessika allegedly causing Stacey “significant pain and distress.”

She took a screenshot of her email reply that said, “Hi Stacey, please provide evidence and outline the” damage “you say you have suffered and are entitled to because of the alleged defamatory material.

However, Jessika also added sarcastically, “Perhaps I will stop everyone who speaks about me from the ceasefire.

Earlier in the day, Jessika had laughed at the blonde’s legal threats and wondered if a letter had ever been written by her “make-believe”.

Jessika also said she didn’t know why Stacey, a law graduate, couldn’t write the penalty order herself.

“I think it’s funny that you should be a lawyer or a lawyer, but you can’t spend the penalty order alone,” she said.

After repeatedly referring to herself as a ‘lawyer’ on the controversial reality show, Stacey admitted that she has not yet practiced law – and has just graduated in law.

“I just got into the bar – I’m not allowed to exercise any rights,” Stacey claimed, defending her performance from all other brides on the show.

Stacey had threatened Jessika to strike a desist letter over an Instagram video.

She claimed she was forced to seek medical attention after Jessika discredited her in a paid MAFS recap video for New Idea and Who magazine.

In the recap, which Jessika posted to her Instagram stories, she said Stacey was “ pathological ” in denying that she had secretly slept with Mikey Pembroke on the show.

She also called Stacey’s on-screen husband, Michael Goonan, a “ piece of work, ” among other things.

After the video went live Friday night, an enraged Stacey Jessika privately posted a message on Instagram threatening her with legal action regarding the summary.

“You still call me names and you get ten cents,” Stacey wrote.

“How damn embarrassing. You’re so last season, stop it. ‘

She continued, “I’m organizing my lawyer to send you a penalty order. I do not request any further comments on this. ‘

Never anyone to hold back, Jess fired back, “Oh Stacey, get over it baby.

“If I’d had a lawyer send a penalty order to everyone who said things about me, I’d have had them on the line every day.”

She continued, “I’ve been asked (and paid) to do the reruns for Who magazine and New Idea. If you don’t like what I said, don’t be so shady. ‘

When Stacey contacted her on Saturday for Daily Mail Australia comment, she said that Jessika’s comments about her and Michael had damaged her mental health and forced her to seek medical attention.

“To prevent Jessika from defaming my character on a social platform, I met lawyers to send me a letter that allows me to be defamatory,” she said.

“Jessika can no longer abandon me and deteriorate my mental health.

“I sought medical help after reading her comments about her [Instagram] Story and they wrote me a letter describing her impact [my] mental health.’

She added, “Her whole [Instagram] Story was an insult to me and my ex [Michael]. ‘

Earlier this week, Stacey told Daily Mail Australia that she was going to hospital and taking antidepressants because of the online trolling she’s received since her alleged affair with Mikey was revealed at the Married At First Sight reunion dinner party.

Jessika is the official Married At First Sight recapper for Who and New Idea magazine this season, sharing weekly recap videos on her Instagram page as part of the collaboration.

She’s not the only former MAFS star to cast a shadow on Stacey, with Martha Kalifatidis and Michael Brunelli criticizing Stacey in a summary of the video for the official YouTube channel Married At First Sight.
