Martha Kalifatidis has revealed that she has been struggling with her health for the past 12 months.

The Married At First Sight star, 35, shared a photo on Instagram of the medications she has been taking and revealed that she currently has tonsillitis.

He explained that he has been taking antibiotics seven times in 12 months due to a variety of health problems.

‘How rare is tonsillitis? I have been annihilated. Let’s not even mention the fact that I have been on antibiotics seven times in the last 12 months,” he wrote.

‘Will my microbiome ever be okay? I’d love to hear from anyone who might have some advice on this.’

After receiving hundreds of messages, Martha explained that her body “hasn’t been the same” since giving birth to her one-year-old son Lucius.

“I haven’t had tonsillitis seven times in 12 months, but I have been taking antibiotics for other problems seven times in the last 12 months,” he clarified.

‘Since my tumultuous pregnancy and after giving birth and breastfeeding, I have not been the same. I feel like I can’t get my health back.’

‘I also live a super stressful life, I always say yes, stay up late on my laptop or phone and do too many things so that doesn’t help. But thanks for all your advice.’

The Married At First Sight star shared a photo on Instagram of the medications she has been taking and revealed that she currently has tonsillitis.

Martha’s post comes after she recently launched her own clothing brand.

The reality star debuted with her two close friends LEM, a fashion brand that focuses on iconic vintage designs.

Martha launched the brand’s first collection online in November, with styles including button-down shirts, shorts and pants.

She said 9Entertainment She was inspired to create her brand since she often buys vintage pieces.

After receiving hundreds of messages, Martha explained that her body “hasn’t been the same” since giving birth to her one-year-old son Lucius.

“When we were younger, my best friend and I would always go to thrift stores and buy vintage clothes,” she said.

“What we found was that all of these things we bought—the cuts and the functionality—were so much better than the new clothes we were buying,” he continued.

‘Everything we have bought vintage, we still use. “I have a pair of vintage jeans and they are the best I have ever bought.”

Martha’s post comes after she recently launched her own clothing brand.
