Married At First Sight’s Tahnee Cook revealed on Thursday that she discussed having kids with husband Ollie Skelton, but they both agree the time isn’t right yet.

The 26-year-old reality star said WHO magazine that she and her TV husband Ollie, 27, were happy to take things day by day and live in the moment.

‘We don’t want children right now. However, it is something we have discussed. Right now, I’m just living my life and if that ever happens to me, then I’ll be blessed,” she said.

She added that during MAFS Homestay Week she had shown Ollie her hometown of Bondi and they had gotten an idea of what it would be like to live together.

Ollie then said that they had also discussed getting married in real life, but both had decided to wait until the time was right and not rush it.

We’re in our mid-20s, so we definitely have some time up our sleeves! We’re just living in the moment and getting through what’s left of the experiment,” she said.

Ollie also revealed the reason their relationship was so successful: because in addition to being attracted to each other, they were also best friends.

‘Having a friendship with your partner builds a foundation for a really secure bond. There have been times during the experiment where we disagreed, but we tried to focus on being open and communicating.’

'We don't want children right now. However, it is something we have discussed. Right now, I'm just living my life and if that ever happens to me, then I'll be blessed,' she said.

Fun-loving Ollie was paired with PR manager Tahnee Cook on the dating show and sparks instantly flew between them.

They also confirmed that they are still together three months after filming ended.

The young lovebirds made a joint appearance on Today Extra last month while speaking with hosts David Campbell and Sylvia Jeffreys about their blossoming romance.

They said they owe their successful relationship to “constant communication” and “talking about those little things so they don’t become massive.”

She added that during the week of MAFS homestay she had shown Ollie her hometown of Bondi and they had gotten an idea of what it would be like to live together.
