Jono and Ellie were later seen packing their bags and leaving the beach together without Tristan and Richard.
While Jono and his girlfriend Lauren’s relationship is still developing on MAFS, their ‘marriage’ has been anything but a fairy tale.
The final dinner party didn’t disappoint on Monday, as Lauren held her TV husband responsible for texting another girlfriend behind her back.
The outrage was sparked by Jono’s text message exchanges with Ellie, and Lauren, armed with a mix of hurt and fury, pulled no punches.

But his words fell flat and Jack led Jono to admit that a partnership with Ellie could have been less strained.
Cornered, Jono admitted: “If I had been paired with someone else in this experiment, I feel like I would have had a much easier time, yeah.”
This confession was the last straw for Lauren.
Ellie sat next to her new boyfriend and applied tanning oil to her legs.

In a scathing response, Lauren unleashed a tirade, calling Jono fake and a sham.
‘You are the fakest person I have ever met in my entire life. Honestly, you’re a joke. “Shit,” he declared, his words cutting through the pretense.
His parting words summed up the bitter feelings of the night: “You are such a fake person.”
‘This is not how I wanted tonight to go… I feel upset and angry. I’m just like, yeah, nothing, to be honest.’
