Melissa Lucarelli of Married At First Sight is still in shock after being abruptly torn as a bridesmaid by Jules Robinson just weeks before the hairdresser's wedding with Cam Merchant.
A source near Mel told Daily Mail Australia that the normally bustling brunette has not been herself since she had a fight with former BFF Jules.
& # 39; She feels that Jules has used and betrayed her & # 39 ;, says the friend. & # 39; It really hurt her feelings because she thought their friendship was real. & # 39;

The friend added: “She has already been burned by Dino (Hira) on Married At First Sight, and now she has been dumped by her best friend of the show. She can't take a break! & # 39;
Mel confirmed to NW at the end of last month that Jules had butchered her from her marriage, just a few weeks before the big day.
& # 39; One day we text about family and baby & # 39; s, and two days later she dumped me as a bridesmaid! & # 39; the 38-year-old told the magazine.

She further claimed that Jules had just used their friendship for her own publicity & # 39; by asking her to be a bridesmaid in the MAFS season finale earlier this year.
During the reunion episode, which aired in April, Jules fan favorites Melissa and Heidi Latcham asked to be her bridesmaids as she announced her engagement with Cam to the rest of the cast.
But Melissa now believes this is a & # 39; publicity stunt & # 39; was, and added that Jules, 37, her a & # 39; s ** t friend & # 39; after she confronted her with the change of plans.
& # 39; She has already been burned by Dino (Hira) on Married At First Sight, and now she has been dumped by her best friend of the show, & # 39; a friend said. & # 39; She can't take a break! & # 39;
& # 39; Because I said it in the show, it doesn't mean I have to do it, & # 39; Jules told Mel via a text message as he dumped her from the bridal party.
Melissa now believes that their friendship & # 39; clearly an act & # 39; and something that Jules had selfishly used to her advantage.
& # 39; Now Cam and Jules are earning money, she doesn't need me anymore and she doesn't want me to get any publicity, & she said.

Jules and Cam will walk down the aisle later this month in what is reportedly a filmed and broadcast ceremony for Channel Nine.
With Melissa now off the guest list, this means that viewers will not get the chance to see her again on the screen when the wedding episode of Jules and Cam is finally broadcast.
A & # 39; source & # 39; told NW that at the time Jules had only asked Melissa to be her bridesmaid because she was a & # 39; fan favorite & # 39; was with the viewers.
Daily Mail Australia then contacted Jules representatives for comments.

The reality TV couple recently upset a small business owner by asking for & # 39; freebies & # 39; for their wedding day.
The couple contacted a salesperson hoping to get free services – which would cost customers thousands of dollars – in exchange for publicity on Instagram.
In addition to a plug on social media, the reality stars promised that the company would get a very brief mention in Channel Nine & # 39; s coverage of their marital conditions.
The business owner, who asked to remain anonymous, said their company had rejected the request and added that they would be surprised if one of their competitors agreed to Jules' terms.
