An outraged Madonna fan is suing the Queen of Pop, 65, for being tricked into buying tickets to a concert he claims featured “unannounced pornography.”
Justen Lipeles was the angry spectator who filed the class action lawsuit on behalf of other attendees at one of Madonna’s Celebration Tour shows in Inglewood, California.
He claims the March 7 concert at the Kia Forum started more than an hour and a half late and that the venue was scorching hot because Madonna allegedly demanded the air conditioning be turned off. The explosion reported.
Lipeles notes in the suit that he and other fans sweated profusely and became physically ill due to the heat, but this apparently did not faze Madonna, who reportedly told the crowd to take off their clothes if they were hot.
The lawsuit then points to Madonna’s obscene presence on stage that night. Lipeles claims that he and other concertgoers were “forced to watch topless women on stage simulating sexual acts.”

Madonna performs on the first night of her ‘Celebration Tour’ at London’s O2 Arena, showing off a sexually explicit display.
“Forcing consumers to wait for hours in hot, uncomfortable places and subjecting them to pornography without warning is a demonstration of Madonna’s frivolous lack of respect for her fans,” Lipeles argued, adding that he felt as if he were watching a pornographic film. in action.
This is not the first time that Madonna has been sued for the delay in the start of her concerts.
Madonna is facing two class-action lawsuits over her constant tardiness, with both sets of plaintiffs alleging that the star was hours late for her scheduled performances.
Those lawsuits, similar to Lipeles’ lawsuit, attack her for her ‘total lack of respect’ and her tendency to lip-synchronize throughout much of the show.
Madonna filed a motion to dismiss one of these complaints in April, arguing that it was illogical for fans to expect her to start on time.

“No reasonable concert-goer – and certainly no Madonna fan – would expect the headline act of a major concert to take the stage at the scheduled time of the event,” the document said.
Lipele’s lawsuit differs from the others Madonna has racked up over the course of her twelfth concert tour in that he is taking her to court over her R-rated escapades.
The only problem is that Madonna is known internationally for her far from chaste performances.
In early May, he recreated a kiss he shared with Britney Spears 20 years ago with a backup dancer on her Celebration Tour.
And about a day before that makeout session, he caught a glimpse of her underwear on stage.
In yet another concert, Madonna, dressed in lingerie and then a daring nun’s outfit, offered a very sensual show alongside a dancer who represented her younger self.
Madonna has attacked fans who have sued her for arriving late to her own concerts, claiming it is illogical for them to expect her to arrive on time.
None of this dissuaded Lipeles from suing her for her alleged sexually charged performance on March 7.
It slammed Madonna and Live Nation, Ticketmaster’s parent company, for six offenses: breach of written contract, negligent misrepresentation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false advertising, negligence/negligent infliction of emotional distress and unfair competition, according to The Blast.
Lipeles is demanding a jury trial in this matter, arguing that the plaintiffs are entitled to damages. This includes Madonna returning all the money she earned from the concert or refunding the tickets.
Despite this latest legal bump in the road, Madonna recently became the only woman to go on six tours that grossed more than $100 million each at the box office, joining the likes of The Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen, U2 and The Eagles.
Madonna also reportedly began a new romance with British boxer Richard Riakprohe, just days after she ended her year-long romance with Josh Popper.
