Mabel wrote: “Knowing me, you know how hard I and all my team have worked to make all of this happen and honestly to see it all come true, my heart feels so full. By God’s grace, people will love it as much as I do.

“But I’m really in a place where I feel so fulfilled just by the satisfaction of making this all real.

“Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk. Also to everyone in my team: let’s live every second of it.

“And to all my angels who have supported me, I am so so thankful for you. It’s time. Let them know.’

Mabel’s career has continued to grow in recent years, culminating in winning the coveted British Female Solo Artist award at the BRIT Awards 2020.

Still, she previously revealed that she has struggled with severe anxiety and depression since childhood, something she now accepts that will always be a part of her.

In a candid interview with GQ, hitmaker Don’t Call Me Up revealed she feels liberated after finally learning to embrace her mental health issues.

She explained: “When I was younger, I always felt that if I had a boyfriend, or if I dyed my hair this color, or if I had a number 1 album, the fear would go away, but it’s who I am and I really like that.’

The star went on to say that she has learned that having faith in who she really is is important deep down and that it helps her manage her anxiety.

She said, “I had the misconception that confidence was becoming the person I wanted to be and I now know that confidence is actually 100 percent OK with who you really are.

“Now I hear the little voice in my head and I’m like, ‘Okay, you’re here, but I’m not going to believe everything you say.’
