Luxury fashion designer Phoebe Philo is mercilessly trolled for a bizarre $2,000 puffy scarf that looks like a neck brace or travel pillow.

Phoebe Philo’s first eponymous collection arrived in October, and fashion fans were shocked by the sky-high prices, and now, it has shocked the Internet again.

The first collection featured a $19,000 sequin dress and an $8,500 black clutch.

Now, the Chloé and Celine alum is at it again with her second fashion launch, including a $2,000 pillow scarf reminiscent of a neck brace and a $9,500 camouflage-print calf-hair clutch.

Some fans of Phoebe’s were divided over the high prices, which ran into the thousands.

Prices range from $450 to $9,200.

Philo has confirmed that a third edition will be available this fall.
