The 34-year-old celebrity agent boasted that the sale of the four-bedroom, four-bathroom home in Hunters Hill has set a new record for the prestigious neighborhood.
Located 9km from the CBD, this stunning platform offers stunning views of the harbour.
Owned by a well-known family in the area, the 1,640-square-meter block sold for $1 million above the reserve, reported the Wentworth Courier on Friday.
“It was crazy,” Gavin, founder of real estate agency The Rubinstein Group, told the publication.
“It’s the highest price paid on the street and the fourth record for us since we opened our office just a few months ago.”

The 34-year-old celebrity agent boasted that the sale of the four-bedroom, four-bathroom family home in Hunter’s Hill has set a new record for the prestigious neighborhood.
Built on the edge of a cliff overlooking the Parramatta River, the sprawling home offers stunning views of Sydney Harbor and the skyline.
The two-story layout features a spacious formal dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows designed to make the most of the stunning views.
There is also a large entertaining terrace on the ground floor, an adjoining patio and a swimming pool.
Other highlights include a basement and ample storage space.
The second floor houses the bedrooms and also features a game room, a study and an outdoor terrace.
According to the listing, the property was sold with development plans including a tennis court and double occupancy.
Rubinstein’s group also recently sold a six-bedroom property nearby for $9 million.
It last sold for $6.4 million in 2021.
Owned by a well-known local family, the 1,640-square-metre block sold for $1 million above reserve, the Wentworth Courier reported on Friday.
Rubinstein said the sale was the highest price paid on the street
It comes after Rubinstein made a tidy profit after reportedly selling his luxury Sydney home for $8 million earlier this year.
The reality star purchased the five-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse in 2022 for $6.25 million.
Located in exclusive Waverley, 8.5km from the CBD, the multi-level home features an ultra-chic design.
Rubenstein bought the luxury home shortly after it was built by Future Flip, a construction company specializing in prestige properties, The Daily Telegraph reported.
Rubinstein has not released any hard figures on the sale, but the home is believed to have sold for around $8 million.
Rubenstein became familiar with the house after handling the sale of the house next door, which netted the seller $6.25 million.
Highlights of the three-level property include an open-plan layout, a sculpted garden and an entertaining terrace.
Rubenstein’s accommodation features a holiday atmosphere with bright and spacious rooms with skylights and high ceilings.

Other features include an internal lift and a luxurious bathroom for the master bedroom offering a gorgeous bathtub and double walk-in closets.
Rubenstein is best known as one of the stars of the reality television series Luxe Listings Sydney.
The show, which debuted on Amazon Prime Video in 2021, featured Rubenstein, fellow real estate agent D’Leanne Lewis and buyer’s agent Simon Cohen as they negotiated some of Sydney’s most exclusive properties.
