Luisa Zissman showed off her incredibly sculpted physique as she shared a glimpse of her daily training session.

The Apprentice star, 36, once again proved her dedication to the gym when she took to Instagram with a stunning snap and clip on Tuesday.

The first shot was a mirror selfie, as the TV star showed off her toned curves in a brown sports bra and leggings.

The entrepreneur showed off her six-pack abs as she looked into the lens.

She captioned the post: “I filmed a little abs workout yesterday, should I share it?” I’m never sure if it’s of interest! Let me know ps this is my tired face after training.’

Lusia continued: “Also, yes, there’s @thepianoguys in the background. I work out to the weirdest music.”

Last month, Luisa looked incredible in a low-cut beige bodysuit as she and Anna Williamson recreated the iconic nude scene in Saltburn.

In the fun video shared on their social media accounts, Luisa and Anna covered their private parts with a clip-on hairpiece.

After sharing the final edit, Luisa posted a second video and explained in the caption: ‘Behind the scenes: The not-so-slick shot’

Saltburn centers on the friendship between Oxford scholarship student Oliver (Barry Keoghan) and his crush on his upper-class friend Felix (Jacob Elordi).

Barry, 31, shocked fans of the film when he was left completely naked in a graphic scene dancing around a mansion to Murder On The Dancefloor.

The shocking scene resulted in a TikTok trend of people dancing in their own homes, while Sophie Ellis Bextor’s hit Murder On The Dancefloor enjoyed a resurgence in the charts.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly in November, Barry described the scene as “completely trusting.”

He said: ‘It’s property. This is my spot. He’s completely confident: “I can do whatever I want in this mansion. I can strip down to my naked skin and dance the waltz because this is mine.”

Barry added that he didn’t feel comfortable from the beginning, but eventually took charge of the scene and did 11 takes.

‘After taking one, I was ready to go. I was like, “Let’s go again. Let’s go again.”

“You kind of forget about it, because it creates such a comfortable environment that it gives you that license to say, ‘Okay, now it’s about the story.'”
