Lucy married Emilia over the weekend after the friends of 10 years announced they had fallen in love with each other.
Ahead of their wedding, Lucy shared a loved-up post with Emilia as the couple prepared to walk down the aisle on Friday.
The couple, who have been friends for 10 years, got engaged in March, just two months after telling the world they had unexpectedly fallen in love with each other.
Looking loved up in the sweet snaps, Lucy smiled with Emilia balanced on her back before they also shared a kiss.
Excited about the big day, Lucy wrote: “Tomorrow I will marry the love of my life. My best friend. My friend of a decade.
‘I wrote a song about her, about us, and it will be out at midnight. “I’m very, very excited.”
He then joked: ‘Ps. “Tomorrow morning at 10am there will be a surprise.”
And now it has been revealed that, in addition to the release of new single Other Sides Of The Moon, Lucy also announced that her eighth studio album will be released on January 31, 2025.
Other Sides Of The Moon is a stunning tribute to Lucy and tells the story of how the couple, friends for over 10 years, began their relationship and the butterflies they both felt when sending unexpected messages about a dream.

Speaking about the song, Lucy added: “I wrote Other Sides Of The Moon because now that we’re together it feels like we’re both always looking at the same moon, just from different sides.”
‘Now that we’re on the same side, I finally realize what healthy love must feel like. I feel very lucky every day.’
Lucy previously revealed that Simon Cowell will walk her down the aisle after the pair patched up their relationship following their time on the X Factor in 2012.
The singer revealed last year that she left the show after being raped by a hotel doorman in the room where she was staying following a party with Rylan Clark during the show’s production.
Lucy explained that Simon was the first to apologize, previously admitting that his call “just made things so much better for me.”
The star revealed that she had asked Emilia the question in March after their friendship turned into a romance despite meeting more than a decade ago in 2013.
Talking about the Podcast My Dirty Laundry Last month, Lucy opened up about her relationship as she explained.: ‘It’s really been a surprise for both of us because we’ve been friends for 10 years and it wasn’t until last year, at the end of last year, that we both looked at each other and said, wait…’
‘We have been very, very good friends. We’ve known each other for over a decade and have been very good friends for about four or five years.

Lucy has revealed that Simon Cowell is preparing a speech for her wedding and walking her down the aisle (pictured together in 2022).
Speaking on the My Dirty Laundry podcast last month, Lucy opened up about their relationship, explaining: “(The realization for us happened) at exactly the same time without telling each other.”
‘(The realization for us happened) at exactly the same time without telling us anything. She had a dream about me and woke up and said, ‘Oh my God, I think I feel the same way about Lucy.’
“And she texted me saying she was coming to my show and I got butterflies and I was like, ‘What was that?’ And that was about two days after her dream.
Confirming that Simon will walk her down the aisle, Lucy said: “It’s actually true.” W.We have come together a lot in recent years.
‘In fact, I asked him when we were in Barbados at Christmas time. We were all at the beach and we liked to hang out and it’s really lovely.
We were talking about the wedding. So we weren’t even properly committed. And I was like, ‘Would you rat me out?’ And she went swimming in the sea.
“And he came back and they just said, ‘I would be honored.’
Lucy revealed that Simon’s role won’t end there. She said: “He’s giving a speech and he’s funny because a lot of people feel like he knows people who appear on TV.”
‘But there are different depths for different people. People reveal different vulnerabilities for different things. And I feel really privileged to know Simon as I do.”
She joked: “His speech will probably be something like (imitates Simon on X Factor)” I don’t like this wedding. I LOVE this wedding.’
The star revealed that he had popped the question to Emilia in March after their friendship turned into a romance despite meeting more than a decade ago in 2013.
Lucy didn’t reveal too much about the theme of her wedding. I’m just saying that she will be “quirky” and “breakfast,” even though she admitted she has a 12-tab spreadsheet.
And despite raising 12 children while married to his first wife, Georgina Gordon (they were together for six years but split in 2019), Lucy said she and Emilia don’t want to have children of their own.
She said: “I definitely have a loving side to me, but I know I don’t have a motherly side.” I don’t want to have children and neither does Emilia.
And that’s something we’re both very happy with. And we really want to like this life where we can do whatever we want, but we both have a niece and nephew we’d take a bullet for.
