She got very emotional earlier this month when she spoke to her social media followers about the cancellation of her Riverdale spin-off Katy Keene after just one season.
But Lucy Hale just goes on with things now that the initial shock has worn off.
On Sunday, the 31-year-old actress stopped at a supermarket and picked up some supplies.

Hale fans know she’s in love with her Maltipoo Elvis she loves.
She has said publicly that she believes she and Elvis knew each other in a past life.
On Sunday, she showed an early birthday present she received, a pair of leggings decorated with pictures of her dog.
“I never take them out,” she said in a video clip on her Instagram stories as the white fluffy puppy wagged his story on a striped couch.
Hale turns 32 on July 14.

In a three-minute Instagram video on July 3, Hale described herself as “ a muddy mess ” after learning that The CW would not be staging her show again.
She called Katy Keene ‘one of the highlights of my life ‘and said it was a’ total joy from top to bottom ‘to work on it.
“I just wanted you all to hear that the show is not coming back, and it sucks, but I’ll keep my head high and who knows what I’m going to do next,” she said.
Meanwhile, Katy Keene’s season is currently available to stream on HBO Max.
