She posted a photo of the top on Twitter, captioning “I HAVE A GIRLFRIEND X” along with a photo of her in what appears to be her pajamas.

Tom shared some thoughtful plans his girlfriend made for him on Instagram, the caption of which was: “I came home from soccer this evening to a sign across the front of the house and @lucyfallonx is anxiously waiting to take me on a ‘treasure hunt’.”
