Luanne initially stopped drinking after assaulting a police officer in 2017, but relapsed in March of 2022.
While meeting with Louis, de Lesseps mentions some of the benefits of sobriety.
“You spend a lot less on Ubers, you don’t have to apologize the next day for something you did, it doesn’t end up, like me, on Page Six because, you know, you messed up somewhere,” he said.
She added, “You know, alcohol has given me a lot of trouble, and I’ve just reached a point in my life where I can have a good time without drinking.”
