Love Island’s Shaughna Phillips joked that she looked “crazy” this week after slipping back into skimpy swimsuits from her time on the ITV show.
The reality star, 30, who appeared on the series in 2020, showed off her dramatic weight loss when she took to Instagram after discovering a suitcase full of villa outfits her mother had saved.
Telling your followers, ‘I mean, first of all, I can’t believe I kept some of this stuff, because I thought it was pretty! Like screaming, shaking, vomiting.’
Shaughna tried on a very revealing strapless yellow dress with numerous cutouts that left very little to the imagination.
The mother of one concluded that the outfit was so obscene that it could even lead to Instagram removing the video for nudity.

Laughing: “I can’t seem to breathe.” I look like one of those, is it like a pig?’
One follower commented: “Supermarket pork = ham” to which Shaughna replied: “That’s the one!”
Shaughna posted a funny clip along with a lengthy post in which she also responded to trolls following her recent weight loss.
Writing: ‘TRY IT ON LOVE ISLAND – PART 1. If you didn’t see my stories the other day, I came across an unpacked Love Island suitcase.’
“I thought I’d try it on for the bants, and while I have no idea what my fashion sense is these days, I’m glad it’s evolved from this.”
‘PS can I add a disclaimer as I’ve been getting a lot of comments about my weight loss recently? If you feel like I’m being quiet about how I’ve done it or ignoring questions, I promise I’m not.
“There has been such a huge reaction and you all deserve the best step by step I can give you, just give me time, I promise it will be worth it.”
“Also for a few, remember that I’m still a person, the way you talk to me in my comments and in my direct messages is sometimes really shocking, and if I can ask you nicely to maybe just talk about me.” in your group chats instead of where I can actually see it, that would be cool lol.

In May, Shaughna showed off her weight loss in white underwear and a cropped gray t-shirt while posing for an Instagram photo.
She admitted she had been “surprised” by her progress as she shared before-and-after comparison photos documenting the dramatic change.
The reality TV personality also included the original live version of the after shot to prove that she had not edited or altered the image.
She admitted that she “feels proud of herself” because she is in a “much better place physically and mentally” after focusing on her health over the past seven months.
Shaughna wrote: ‘So this has been happening… I’ll be honest even if I’m in shock.
‘I’m so glad I was taking pictures because honestly when I look in the mirror I don’t see any difference, sometimes your mind is your biggest enemy!
And although being accused of editing your photos when you really haven’t is the biggest compliment EVER.
She also tried on an equally skimpy ruffled minidress.

Shaughna couldn’t find love in the villa and was dumped shortly before the final.
‘I haven’t edited the photo on the right so I thought I’d include the actual Live Photo just for those who doubt it.
‘I’ve been trying for a while to get to a better place with my health, mental and physical, so I must admit that I feel very proud of myself today.
‘I’ve been open about struggling with my body image since I was a little girl (it breaks my heart to even say that), so being told I was seriously overweight at a doctor’s appointment was not a good thing.
‘This has not happened overnight and I still have a way to go. The truth is that there have been weeks where I have found it very easy, and then there have been months where I have not seen any change, so I am really trying to find what works for me, and I think I am almost there . .
“Today definitely feels like a victory. Although I only have one pair of jeans that fit me now, my bank card considers it a loss.”
Shaughna revealed in the comments that it took her seven months to lose weight, so she did it sensibly and slowly while responding to fans who were amazed by her transformation.
She wrote: “It’s taken me 7 months so far, I still have a bit to lose so I’ll estimate probably a year until I’ve lost what I want to fix.”
Shaughna previously revealed she was left “shocked to the core” after visiting her GP for a health check.
The TV star’s improved health comes after she revealed doctors told her she was obese, a year after welcoming 18-month-old Lucia.
She has said she is now in a “much better place physically and mentally” after focusing on her health over the past 7 months (pictured in March).
The reality TV personality had been sharing many honest images of her body on social media.
The television star revealed that a year after giving birth to her daughter Lucía she had been told that she is now obese.
In a candid post shared on Instagram, Shaughna revealed that during a full-body MOT check she was told she had “quite a bit of visceral fat around her major organs.”
According to Health Direct, this can lead to a number of potentially serious health problems in the future, including heart attacks, diabetes and some cancers.
Speaking to her 1.4 million followers, she said: “It’s been a year since I had a baby so I wanted to see where I was at after the birth.”
‘I was told I was obese, which is no surprise, but it’s never pleasant to hear. After some checks, they said I had quite a bit of visceral fat around my organs.
‘Now, I’m not Gillian McKeith, I’m not going to tell you what that means because I don’t really know.
“It’s basically fat around the major organs, which is serious because it can cause heart attacks.”
‘I’m a mother now and it shook me to my core, because I know I’m not the picture of health, but I didn’t realize things were that bad and it’s a little scary to hear it from a medical professional.’
