Jess rose to fame on Love Island last year and won the show alongside her boyfriend Sammy.
However, just two months after winning the £50,000 prize, the couple decided to split after their relationship took a turn for the worse since they left the villa.
A source close to the couple told MailOnline they mutually decided they were “better off as friends” after struggling to make their romance work outside the show.
In July, Jess and Sammy defeated favorites Whitney Adebayo and Lochan Nowacki to win the title, which came as a surprise to many in the voting public.

Throughout their time on the summer series of Love Island, hosted by Maya Jama, Jess and Sammy faced difficulties in their relationship.
In one episode during the Casa Amor loyalty test, Sammy kissed two girls, including Amber Wise, who he eventually paired up with until Jess returned to the villa and realised his feelings for her.
Viewers questioned Sammy’s intentions with Jess after he admitted she wasn’t his type, while the beautician said she sometimes felt men “took advantage” of her gentle nature.
Despite the odds, they won Love Island, beating out show favourites Whitney Adebayo and Lochan Nowacki to take home the cash prize.
Some disgruntled viewers were disappointed by the outcome after Whitney wowed fans, with some believing her relationship with Lochan was more authentic than the romance between Jess and Sammy.
Ella Thomas and Tyrique Hyde placed third in the competition, while Molly Marsh and Zach Noble finished the series in fourth place.
