‘I feel bad talking about it’: Love Island’s Ellie Spence reveals her surgery plans and admits the show made her feel ‘worried’
Ellie Spence revealed her plans for the surgery and admitted that starring in Love Island made her feel “worried”.
The 25-year-old business development manager, who entered the villa like a bombshell, said she would no longer talk about her experience with the ITV show because it “gave her a tight chest.”
Speaking in a new YouTube video, she explained how she feels her figure has “withered” since entering her villa in South Africa, in a candid update.
Ellie also added that she would have plastic surgery on her ears because she “couldn’t stand.”
She began: “I’m actually reattaching my ears because I can’t stand my ears.”

Ellie then added, “This is the last content on Love Island because I don’t know if you can tell but it just makes me anxious.
“I get restless and anxious even when I talk about it like so many things are behind closed doors.
I just feel really prepared, and I try to put on a brave face when I talk about it. But I really like, ready to move on.
When I start talking about other things, I feel like my personality is coming back. And then when I talk about Love Island and I feel like my character is swaying in a nonexistent ******.
Ellie was relegated to the villa in Week 4 along with partner Jordan Odofin after receiving the lowest number of public votes.
The three couples with the fewest votes were eligible to chop before it was announced that Ellie and Jordan had the least support from the crowd.
Tom Claire and Sami Elishi and Olivia Hawkins and Kay Fagan were the other third-place couples.
After the results of the vote are announced, both Ellie and Jordan try to remain optimistic about their departure.

Ellie said: ‘I feel like I was about to find my husband and I’m sad to see him leave but it’s been an amazing experience.
“I think we came here looking for love, but we both found friendship with each other, which is amazing.”
Ellie and Jordan were bombshells, arriving at the villa on the 10th and 17th respectively, but neither found romance.
Speaking after her elimination, Ellie said, “It was a shock to all of us, I wasn’t expecting there would be a dump that night, me and the girls couldn’t believe it.”
